What set it off tonight.  CNN, TRUMP, the Steelers loss, unending teasing, realizing the mess or just sick of the time spent doing nothing.  Whatever, the sound and attitude brings back awful memories.  Realizing how life is ruled still makes me sad.  There has to be a better way.
