Chocolate is my downfall
Maybe… what holds me up.
When I’m sick or lonesome
Or just chilled…
Hot chocolate in a cup
Just a sip…
Warms and cheers me up.

In a cookie or a cake
There is no better way
In a muffin or a scone
To start each and every day.
Although… a candy bar will do
To get me through
It is…the taste I crave.
