Deleting certain food you’ve learned to adore.
You try and you fail and you try once again
But the food that you love… you always give in.
The calories add and your waistline adjusts
Never down… just up, up and up.
The blood pressure rises with each belt increase…
Why can’t I just diet..and make the BP decrease.
Something in the brain that can’t be explained…
Causes one to eat instead of taking a stand
Against all the calories that you get from the junk.
Like pop, candy, cake, bacon, bread that you push in Your mouth….
Ultimately making one unhealthy…
And stout.
