Moving at this time in our life
Isn’t something for this wife
I love our home
And can’t see ever leaving
On a whim at our age

If something happened to one of us
The other one would be
Far from any family
My heart just wouldn’t
Be there as our body ages

Our kids would have a problem
With aging parents
So far away
And our health will be decreasing
With our age constantly increasing

Moving just to move
To a neighborhood unknown
Without a backyard
Golf course view
Or a front yard ocean view
Is not for me
